To support our users better, we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Customer Support Intern to join our team.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring they have a smooth experience on our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and technical skills while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
User Support:
Respond promptly to user queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Assist with common issues such as account access, course navigation, and payment troubleshooting.
Backend Issue Resolution:
Handle minor backend updates and fixes on Wix, such as updating content, resolving account issues, or addressing layout inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the Wix support team for more complex issues.
Feedback and Documentation:
Collect and track user feedback to identify patterns and suggest improvements.
Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and user guides.
Process Improvement:
Propose and implement solutions to improve support response times and user satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Customer Service Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and empathy for users.
Technical Aptitude:
Familiarity with Wix or other website platforms is preferred.
Basic understanding of website management (e.g., plugins, minor troubleshooting).
Proactive Attitude:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setup.
Organizational Skills:
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
